Unidirectional Series EUL( 0°) / EUW ( 90°)

Our Unidirectional (UD) fabrics are designed to deliver high-strength performance in specific directions. The series includes two main types:

Bi-axial Series EB（0°/90°） / EDB（+45°/-45°）

EB Biaxial Fabrics are constructed with fiber orientations primarily in the 0° and 90° directions. The areal weight of each individual layer can be customized to meet specific performance requirements. An optional chopped strand mat (50–600 g/m²) or non-woven fabric (15–100 g/m²) may also be incorporated. The total fabric areal weight ranges from 200 to 2100 g/m², with available widths of 5 to 100 inches.

EDB Double Biaxial Fabrics feature a standard fiber alignment of +45° and –45°, which can be modified according to customer specifications. These fabrics can similarly be combined with a chopped strand mat (50–600 g/m²) or a non-woven fabric (15–100 g/m²). The total areal weight ranges from 200 to 1200 g/m², and widths are offered from 2 to 100 inches.
