Packaging

We supply Fiberglass Stitched Mat in a wide range of roll sizes. The diameter options are flexible, starting from 28 cm and going up to custom jumbo rolls, tailored to your production needs.

The mat is supplied on a paper core, which has a standard inside diameter of 76.2 mm (3 inches) or 101.6 mm (4 inches).

The packaging process begins with each roll being individually wrapped in a plastic film or bag. The final step is to pack the wrapped roll into a sturdy cardboard box.

The standard stacking pattern for the rolls on pallets is either vertical or horizontal, depending on the requirements.

Storage

To maintain product integrity, storage in a cool, dry environment is essential.

A storage temperature of 15°C to 35°C is recommended.

A relative humidity (RH) level of 35% to 75% is recommended for storage.

A minimum 24-hour conditioning period at the application site is required prior to use to achieve optimum performance.

To maintain product integrity, any partially used package must be properly closed and sealed before storage to prevent contamination or moisture absorption.
