PACKAGING

● Inner cores are offered in two standard diameters: 3 inches (76.2 mm) or 4 inches (102 mm). Both feature a minimum wall thickness of 3 mm to ensure sufficient strength and stability.

● Each roll and pallet is packaged with a protective film wrapping to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage during transit and storage.

● Each roll and pallet is fitted with a unique barcode that contains essential details including weight, roll quantity, manufacture date, and other production data. This enables efficient tracking and streamlined inventory management.

STORAGING

● For optimal preservation of its integrity and performance properties, CFM material should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse environment.

● Optimal storage temperature range: 15°C to 35°C. Exposure outside this range may lead to material degradation.

For ideal performance, store in an environment with 35% to 75% relative humidity. Levels outside this range can lead to moisture issues that affect application.

● It is recommended to limit pallet stacking to a maximum of two layers to avoid deformation or compression damage.

● For best results, allow the mat to condition on-site for at least 24 hours before application. This ensures it reaches the ideal state for processing.

● For quality preservation, always reseal opened packages immediately to maintain integrity and protect against environmental exposure.
