Stitched Mats for Enhanced Safety and Stability
Stitched mat
Description
Stitched mat is produced by evenly distributing chopped fiberglass strands of a designated length into a layered fleece, which is then bound together using polyester stitching yarn. The glass fibers are treated with a silane-based coupling agent sizing, enhancing their compatibility with various resin systems including unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy. This uniform fiber distribution creates a reinforced material with consistent and reliable mechanical performance.
Features
1. Consistent mass per unit area (GSM) and thickness, coupled with superior mat cohesion and no loose fiber.
2.Fast wet-out
3. Strong interfacial adhesion
4.Precisely replicates intricate mold details.
5.Easy to split
6.Surface aesthetics
7.Outstanding tensile, flexural, and impact strength
