September 2025 marks the 48th National "Quality Month" in China, a key initiative aimed at raising quality awareness across various industries and promoting high-quality development. In response to the national call and in accordance with the requirements of the superior quality control center, Shaanxi Jiuding Company recently launched its "Quality Month" activity as scheduled, with the theme of "Taking Wind Farm Cases as a Mirror, Forging a Sword for Quality Improvement". This activity not only aligns with the country’s quality-driven development strategy but also reflects the company’s firm commitment to enhancing product quality in the wind power blade manufacturing field.
The activity was presided over by Chang Yongjie, the quality supervisor of Shaanxi Jiuding. In his opening speech, Chang Yongjie emphasized the fundamental role of quality in the enterprise’s development. He pointed out, "Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise, the starting point of dignity, and even the fundamental guarantee for our wind power blade manufacturing enterprise to stand firm in the fierce market competition and contribute to the global clean energy development." He further stressed that pursuing excellent quality is not just a responsibility but a belief for every employee of the company. His speech deeply inspired all participants, laying a solid ideological foundation for the smooth development of the "Quality Month" activity.
To fully mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of all employees and strengthen the awareness of "quality first" among the whole staff, the "Quality Month" activity was designed with a variety of rich and practical links. First of all, the production manager delivered a speech, in which he combined the actual production situation of the company, analyzed the current quality status of wind power blades, put forward specific quality improvement goals and measures, and called on all production personnel to strictly implement the quality control standards in the production process. Then, the representative of the engineers read out the "quality red lines" – a set of clear and rigid quality standards and prohibitive regulations. These red lines cover all key links from raw material procurement to product delivery, clearly defining the bottom line that cannot be crossed in quality work, which helps to further standardize the work behavior of employees. Finally, a meaningful signature activity was held. All participants walked to the theme banner printed with "Taking Wind Farm Cases as a Mirror, Forging a Sword for Quality Improvement" and signed their names solemnly. This link not only enhanced the sense of responsibility and identity of employees towards quality work but also created a strong atmosphere where "everyone values quality, everyone creates quality, and everyone enjoys quality" within the company.
Shaanxi Jiuding stated that it will take this "Quality Month" activity as an important opportunity to set off an upsurge of quality improvement within the company. More importantly, the company will not stop at the end of the activity but will further establish a long-term mechanism for quality management. It will solidify the valuable experience and achievements gained from the activity into institutionalized regulations, ensure that the awareness of pursuing high quality is internalized into the ideological consciousness of every employee, and promote the implementation of quality requirements into every specific work link. By doing so, the company is determined to make high quality the most distinctive label of Shaanxi Jiuding, continuously improve the competitiveness of its wind power blade products in the domestic and international markets, and make greater contributions to the development of China’s clean energy industry.
