On the afternoon of August 27, the trade union of Jiuding New Materials organized a special lecture for the company’s industrial worker training program. Ms. Wu Yi, Deputy Director of the Office of Rugao Party School, was invited to deliver an exclusive presentation for the company’s middle and senior management staff as well as all Party members, aiming to strengthen team building, improve staff literacy and unify ideological understanding within the enterprise.
Ms. Wu Yi is an outstanding local talent in Rugao City, honored as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Young Professionals and a Model Female Worker of the May 1st Labor Medal in Rugao. With solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience in theoretical publicity, she has won numerous prestigious teaching and speech competitions, including the first prize in the Zilang Emerging Talent Teaching Competition of Nantong Party School System and the first prize in the Nantong Civilian Spokesperson Theoretical Publicity Competition. Her lectures are always vivid, down-to-earth and closely integrated with grassroots work realities, which are highly recognized by audiences from all walks of life.
Centering on the theme of Forge Ahead in the 15th Five-Year Period and Create New Achievements through Solid Work — Learning the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China, Ms. Wu Yi gave an in-depth and easy-to-understand interpretation of the national development blueprint from three core perspectives. She systematically explained the overall significance and strategic value of the 15th Five-Year Plan, sorted out the key development priorities and practical policy highlights contained in the plan, and emphasized that solid implementation and joint efforts of all sectors are essential to forge ahead in the new five-year development cycle.
The lecture was informative, practical and inspiring, serving as a wonderful ideological and theoretical training course for all participants. All attendees listened carefully and took detailed notes throughout the session.
