On the afternoon of April 10th, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Jiuding New Materials held the first-quarter safety and environmental protection work conference in the training classroom on the 3rd floor. More than 50 people attended the conference, including the person in charge of each responsible entity and safety officers, covering all key links related to the company’s safety and environmental protection work, which fully reflected the company’s high attention to safety and environmental protection work.
The conference was presided over by Ding Qinbing, the person in charge of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department. In his speech, Ding Qinbing first reported the completion of the safety and environmental protection indicators in the first quarter, comprehensively and objectively summarizing the phased achievements made by the company in safety production and environmental protection work. He then reviewed the main work carried out in safety and environmental protection during the quarter, focusing on key tasks such as the signing of full-staff responsibility systems, the identification of major risks, safety education and training, and emergency preparation. These tasks have laid a solid foundation for the company’s safe and stable operation and effectively improved the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees.
While affirming the achievements, Ding Qinbing also conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing problems and deficiencies in on-site control, hidden danger investigation, daily management, environmental compliance, emergency drills and other aspects. He pointed out that some links still have formalistic tendencies, and the implementation of hidden danger rectification is not in place, which may bring potential risks to the company’s safety and environmental protection work. He emphasized that all responsible entities must take cases as warnings, learn from one another, resolutely eliminate formalism, and effectively enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency.
The conference put forward clear requirements for the next stage of work: all responsible entities must strictly implement the main responsibility for safety and environmental protection, strengthen daily supervision and inspection, promptly rectify hidden dangers found, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of various safety and environmental accidents. It is necessary to further improve the emergency response mechanism, strengthen emergency drills, and continuously enhance the company’s ability to respond to sudden safety and environmental incidents, so as to build a solid defense line for the company’s safety and environmental protection and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
