On June 3, Gu Roujian, General Manager of Jiuding New Materials, conducted an on-site supervision and inspection at the Ximeng production base of the company’s Gansu wind power project. He visited the frontline production workshops to inspect operational conditions and presided over a special meeting on safety and quality management, systematically sorting out key tasks and making comprehensive arrangements for safety control, quality assurance and management improvement in the next stage.
During the on-site inspection, combining with the actual operating conditions of the production line, Gu Roujian carried out a targeted and detailed inspection covering multiple key links. He focused on checking the on-site production operation environment, daily equipment operating status and the implementation of standardized operation procedures. In addition, he carefully verified the effectiveness of special work including safety training for new employees, daily hidden danger investigation and rectification. He stressed that all potential safety hazards must be rectified immediately with closed-loop management mechanisms. The company should eliminate safety risks from the source and firmly uphold the bottom line of safe production to ensure stable and orderly operational development.
Following the on-site inspection, a special supervision meeting on safety and quality was held promptly. At the meeting, Gu Roujian put forward three key requirements for the base’s production and management work. First, the safety management system should be further optimized in accordance with the differentiated characteristics of each production process. The company needs to improve the hierarchical performance of duties and precise accountability mechanism, so as to realize standardized, refined and normalized safety management across all links. Second, all staff must strictly abide by the company’s quality management system, fully implement the economic accountability system for quality management, and consolidate quality supervision responsibilities throughout every production procedure to guarantee product quality stability. Third, the whole workforce should thoroughly integrate the excellent performance management philosophy into the entire production and management process, continuously optimize operational workflows, and comprehensively improve the overall management efficiency of the production base.
In the next phase, the Ximeng wind power base will fully implement the deployment and requirements of the special meeting. It will continuously strengthen safety and quality management capabilities, promote the standardized and refined upgrading of overall production and operation management, and contribute solid strength to the high-quality and sustainable development of Jiuding New Materials.
