Jiuding New Material Holds Training Sharing Session for All-Round Workshop Directors

On the afternoon of July 31, the Enterprise Management Department of Jiuding New Material held the 4th training sharing session of "Practical Skills Training for All-Round Workshop Directors" in the large conference room on the 3rd floor of the company. The training was delivered by Ding Wenhai, head of Jiuding Abrasives Production, focusing on two core themes: "lean workshop on-site management" and "efficient workshop quality and equipment management". All production management personnel participated in the training.

As an important part of the series of training, this session not only elaborated on the core points of lean production, such as on-site process optimization, production rhythm control, equipment full-life cycle management, and quality risk prevention, but also comprehensively reviewed the essence of the first three sessions by sorting out 45 course outputs. These included workshop directors' role cognition and leadership development, incentive strategies and execution improvement methods, and lean improvement tools, forming a closed loop with the content of lean production and quality equipment management in this session, and building a full-chain management knowledge system of "role positioning - team management - efficiency improvement - quality assurance".

At the end of the training, Hu Lin, head of the company's production and operation center, made a summary. He emphasized that the 45 course outputs are the essence of this series of training. Each workshop must combine its own production reality, sort out these methods and tools one by one, select the content suitable for the workshop, and form a specific promotion plan. In the follow-up, salon seminars will be organized to conduct in-depth exchanges on learning experience and implementation ideas, so as to test the learning and digestion situation, ensure that the learned knowledge is effectively transformed into practical results of improving workshop efficiency, controlling costs and improving quality, and lay a solid foundation for the overall improvement of the company's production management level.
