To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses and instructions on work safety, and fully implement the requirements of higher-level safety authorities and the company's work safety deployment, Jiuding New Material convened the Q4 Work Safety Committee (Expanded) Meeting at 9:30 AM on December 5, 2025, in the large conference room on the 3rd floor of the office building. A total of 78 participants attended the meeting, including all members of the Work Safety Committee, department heads, and full-time/part-time safety officers. The meeting was presided over by Hu Lin, Executive Deputy Director of the Work Safety Committee.
In his opening remarks, Director Hu first read out the "Notice on Adjusting Members of the Company's Work Safety Committee" issued on November 26, 2025, and re-emphasized the committee's core functions. He then reviewed the key work safety initiatives of the year, including the progress in achieving safety goals, the development of qualified teams, the implementation of mandatory safety training and assessments for all employees, and the enforcement of responsibility lists across all levels. The meeting emphasized that all departments must strengthen the verification of training effectiveness, promptly rectify potential safety hazards, and implement strict management, inspection, and assessment of external construction operations in accordance with relevant regulations.
Subsequently, Director Hu re-promoted the "Incentive System for Reporting Safety Hazards," urging all departments to fully communicate the system to every employee and ensure its effective implementation. He stressed that through activities such as "identifying hazards around us," the company aims to enhance employees' awareness of proactively identifying and addressing safety risks, curb illegal and irregular behaviors, and prevent and reduce work safety accidents. This initiative aligns with the national call to establish and improve internal hazard reporting and reward mechanisms, which encourage "small rewards for minor hazards and significant rewards for major hazards" to build a "people's defense line" in work safety.
In his concluding speech, Gu Roujian, General Manager of the company and Director of the Work Safety Committee, emphasized that all safety management personnel and department heads must proficiently master various safety management systems to effectively implement work safety measures. He noted that as the company expands its business, the number of employees is increasing, leading to greater challenges in safety management. Therefore, all department heads must attach great importance to safety management and not relax their efforts. After the meeting, they are required to organize their management teams to discuss how to implement safety work effectively and verify the effectiveness of education and training. Starting next month, the Work Safety Committee will further strengthen inspections and assessments of safety work across all departments to ensure full compliance with safety standards.
The successful convening of this meeting has further clarified the key tasks for work safety in the final stage of the year and laid a solid foundation for maintaining the company's stable safety performance. It reflects Jiuding New Material' firm commitment to implementing the "people first, life first" principle and building a long-term mechanism for work safety management.
