On the afternoon of October 15th, Jiuding New Material organized and held a promotion meeting for the All-Round Production Management System Personnel Knowledge Handbook. Hu Lin, the production director of the Operation Center, served as the keynote speaker, and production management personnel from various responsible units attended the meeting.

Centering on the six core chapters of the "Handbook", Hu Lin gave a detailed explanation. He emphasized key knowledge points such as "cognitive understanding of managers' roles", "lean workshop improvement" and "efficient quality and equipment management". He required the participants not only to fully master the contents of the handbook, but also to sort out the management shortcomings in combination with their actual posts and form improvement ideas.

He pointed out that in the later stage, the company will take the learning and application of the necessary knowledge in the handbook as an important basis for the grading of production management personnel, so as to promote the in-depth matching between management capabilities and post requirements. He put forward the multi-dimensional evaluation standards for production managers, and clearly stated that excellent production managers need to have five core positions: first, the guardian of safety and quality, who strictly abides by the bottom line of production safety and controls the product quality; second, the controller of efficiency and cost, who optimizes the production process and reduces the operation cost; third, the trainer of teams and talents, who builds a growth platform and improves the professional capabilities of the team; fourth, the leader of continuous improvement, who promotes lean improvement and solves management pain points; fifth, the contributor to the company's strategy, who connects the strategic goals and implements the executive measures. These five positions are used to comprehensively and fairly measure the value and contribution of production managers.

This promotion meeting has clarified the learning direction and capacity improvement goals for the production management personnel. In the follow-up, the Production Management Center will organize examinations as planned to ensure that the contents of the handbook are effectively transformed into management efficiency, and help the company consolidate the core competitiveness of production management.
