On the afternoon of July 16th, the Enterprise Management Department of Jiuding New Material organized all production management personnel in the large conference room on the 3rd floor of the company to carry out the second training sharing activity of "Practical Skills Training for All-round Workshop Directors". The aim of this activity is to continuously promote the dissemination and implementation of management knowledge and improve the comprehensive capabilities of production management personnel.

The training was delivered by Ding Ran, the production manager of the Profile Workshop. The core content focused on "the incentive ability of workshop directors and the improvement of subordinates' execution". He explained the definition and importance of motivation, citing the words of Zhang Ruimin and Mark Twain to illustrate. He introduced four major types of incentives: positive incentive, negative incentive, material incentive and spiritual incentive, and analyzed their characteristics and application scenarios with cases. He also shared differentiated incentive strategies for different employee groups, including 12 effective incentive methods (including 108 specific approaches), as well as principles and skills for praise, the "hamburger" principle for criticism, etc. In addition, he mentioned Huawei's "sandwich" criticism method and the incentive "menu" for middle-level managers.

In terms of improving execution, Ding Ran combined the views of entrepreneurs such as Jack Welch and Terry Gou, emphasizing that "action creates results". He expounded the specific paths to improve subordinates' execution through the execution equation, 4×4 model, 5W1H analysis method and 4C model.

The participants all said that the training content was practical, and the differentiated incentive strategies and execution improvement tools were highly operable. They would flexibly apply what they learned in their subsequent work to build a production team with stronger cohesion and combat effectiveness.

This training not only enriched the management knowledge reserve of production management personnel, but also provided them with practical and effective working methods and tools. It is believed that with the application of these theories and methods in practice, the production management level of Jiuding New Materials will be further improved, and the company's production efficiency and team performance will also be promoted to a new level. The activity has laid a solid foundation for the company to develop more efficiently and stably in the future.
