From November 13 to 14, 2025, the "Jiangsu Province Glass Fiber and Products Worker Vocational Skills Competition," hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Trade Union, was successfully held in Suqian. Designated as a first-level competition by the Provincial Trade Union and a Category I competition by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the event brought together 85 participants from 23 enterprises across the province to showcase their professional prowess. At the competition, contestants, following on-the-spot lottery draws, sequentially underwent theoretical written exams and practical skill assessments. This format tested both their comprehensive theoretical knowledge and hands-on technical abilities, ensuring a thorough evaluation of their professional competence.
After two days of intense and rigorous competition, three participants from Jiuding New Material distinguished themselves with outstanding performances. Liang Longchun and Luo Chunxiang secured first-place honors in the Glass Fiber Drawing Worker group and the Glass Fiber and Products Inspection Worker group, respectively. Meanwhile, Miao Juan earned a third-place award in the Inspection Worker group. In addition to these individual accolades, Jiuding New Material was honored with the "Excellent Organization Award" for its overall contribution to the event.
