Recently, Jiuding Group officially launched its "Rotating CEO Talent Training Program". The opening ceremony gathered the Group’s top leadership, heads of all business entities and departments, as well as representative core employees across the organization.
This training program serves as a critical strategic initiative for Jiuding Group to anchor its long-term development and reinforce its talent support system. Designed with systematic and professional cultivation frameworks, the program aims to guide management personnel to set higher self-requirements, grow their capabilities through practical experience, and ultimately build a high-caliber, versatile core management team that dares to take responsibilities and excels at execution. Earlier this year, after a strict, company-wide review and selection process, over 20 outstanding candidates were identified as training participants and integrated into the Group’s core management talent echelon development system.
The opening ceremony officially kicked off the Group’s systematic cultivation of its core management talent reserve. Gu Qingbo, Chairman of Jiuding Group, delivered the opening address. He emphasized that the core value of this training program lies in forging high-quality management talents through structured cultivation, and safeguarding the enterprise’s long-term, stable operation through institutional innovation. He also laid out four key requirements for all trainees: first, maintain an "empty cup" mindset to fully engage in systematic learning; second, embrace practical challenges to refine professional capabilities; third, persist in independent learning to pursue proactive self-improvement; fourth, keep the overall organizational interests in mind and advance collaboratively as a team.
The Group has established a mentor team composed of its core leadership. At the ceremony, Feng Yongzhao, General Manager of Jiuding Group, delivered a speech on behalf of the mentor team; trainee representatives made commitment statements; and the Human Resources Department introduced the core learning curriculum and study disciplines to all participants.
Following the ceremony, Chairman Gu Qingbo delivered the program’s inaugural lecture, titled Entrepreneurial Belief and Mission of the New Era. Starting with a comparative analysis of Eastern and Western civilizations and beliefs, he elaborated on three core viewpoints:
First, uphold the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation. Chinese culture is a treasure of global civilization, and cultural confidence originates from a profound understanding of the distinctions between Chinese and Western cultures. Among the world’s four ancient civilizations, only Chinese civilization has continued uninterrupted for 5,000 years. Outstanding cultural genes including ancient Chinese wisdom and the Confucian principles of "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith" have long been integrated into the nation’s bloodline and rooted in every family, forming the fundamental source and solid foundation of China’s cultural confidence.
Second, the integration of Marxism and fine traditional Chinese culture will surely generate extraordinary vitality. Marxism is a scientific truth that reveals the laws of human social development, while fine traditional Chinese culture embodies the essence of naive materialism and dialectical materialism — the two systems are highly compatible and intrinsically connected. The ideal of "universal harmony" pursued in Chinese cultural heritage is perfectly aligned with the communist vision depicted by Marxism. The integration of these two systems constitutes the inevitable logic and powerful driving force behind China’s rapid development.
Third, entrepreneurs in the new era should act as builders and practitioners of advanced culture. As integrators of social resources and creators of social wealth, entrepreneurs should not only generate material value, but also create spiritual wealth, inherit excellent culture, fulfill social responsibilities, and identify their positioning and take proactive actions in the grand cause of national development and national rejuvenation.
