RUGAO, China – June 9, 2025 – Jiangsu Jiuding New Material Co., Ltd. marked a significant step in its management evolution today with the inaugural meetings of its newly formed Strategic Management Committee, Financial Management Committee, and Human Resources Management Committee.
The establishment meetings and first sessions saw attendance from senior leadership, including Vice Chairman & General Manager Gu Roujian, Vice Chairman & Board Secretary Miao Zhen, Deputy General Manager Fan Xiangyang, and CFO Han Xiuhua. Chairman Gu Qingbo was also present as a special invitee.
Through a secret ballot vote by all committee members, the leadership for each committee was elected:
1 . Gu Roujian was elected Director of all three committees – Strategic Management, Financial Management, and Human Resources Management.
2. Strategic Management Committee Deputies: Cui Bojun, Fan Xiangyang, Feng Yongzhao, Zhao Jianyuan.
3. Financial Management Committee Deputies: Han Xiuhua, Li Chanchan, Li Jianfeng.
4. Human Resources Management Committee Deputies: Gu Zhenhua, Yang Naikun.
The newly appointed Directors and Deputies delivered statements of commitment. They pledged to fully leverage the committees' functions by focusing on corporate objectives, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, optimizing resource allocation and risk control, building talent advantages, and driving organizational culture upgrades. Their collective goal is to provide robust support for the company's high-quality development.
Chairman Gu Qingbo underscored the strategic importance of the committees in his concluding remarks.
