From October 8th to 12th, Gu Roujian, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Jiuding New Material, led the company's marketing management team to the wind turbine blade production base in Jiuquan, Gansu Province to carry out a team-building activity with the theme of "Wind Turbine Blades · Always on the Way". The purpose of this activity is to further consolidate team consensus, inherit the corporate spirit of "Gathering Wisdom and Pursuing Excellence" through on-site visits, cultural immersion and in-depth exchanges, and inject continuous impetus into the high-quality development of the enterprise.
The team visited the production site of Jiuding Base in Gansu and listened to a special report on the five-year development history of the wind turbine blade industry. Chen Zhiqiang systematically reviewed the leapfrog development path from "unable to touch the wind" to ranking among the top in the industry, and focused on sharing practical experience and achievements in comprehensive management, technical standardization, production quality improvement, quality control and the construction of an iron army team. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as process standardization, quality system construction, cost control and talent training. Core backbones of the base such as Jia Hongwei and Tie Zhenrong shared views on "processes are not unique but implementation must be unified", "old employees guiding new employees mechanism" and "quality red line management", demonstrating the rigorous, pragmatic and continuous improvement work style of the Gansu base team.
The team also went to the Jinta Populus Euphratica Forest and Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes to experience the cultural connotations of the "Populus Euphratica Spirit" and "Mogao Spirit" on the spot. The tenacious vitality of Populus Euphratica growing in extreme environments and the persistence of Mogao Grottoes craftsmen in their beliefs and skills for thousands of years deeply touched every member of the team, strengthening their belief in taking root in their posts and pursuing perfection.
Gu Roujian emphasized that this team-building activity is not only a cultural baptism, a management refinement, but also a spiritual cohesion. It is necessary to stand at an overall height, systematically think about the six elements of "people, machines, materials, methods, environment and measurement", and promote the implementation of management methods. He encouraged everyone to take this team-building activity as an opportunity to transform what they have learned and felt into practical actions, build core competitiveness in their respective fields, and jointly promote the enterprise to a higher development level.
