Unidirectional Series EUL( 0°) / EUW ( 90°)

Warp UD Fabrics are made of  0°direction for the main weight. It can be combined with chopped layer (30~600/m2) or non-woven veil (15~100g/m2). The weight range is 300~ 1300 g/m2, with the width of 4~100 inches.

Weft UD Fabrics are made of 90°direction for the main weight. It can be combined with chopped layer (30~600/m2) or non-woven fabric (15~100g/m2). The weight range is 100~ 1200 g/m2, with the width of 2~100 inches.

EB Biaxial Fabrics are engineered with a primary fiber orientation of 0° and 90°. The weight of individual layers in both directions can be customized to meet specific client requirements. Additionally, these fabrics can incorporate supplementary layers such as chopped strand mats (ranging from 50 to 600 g/m²) or non-woven fabrics (15 to 100 g/m²). The total fabric weight spans 200 to 2100 g/m², available in widths from 5 to 100 inches .

EDB Double Biaxial Fabrics are designed with a primary fiber orientation of +45°/-45°, though the angle can be tailored to specific customer requirements. These fabrics can be enhanced with optional layers such as chopped strand mats (50–600 g/m²) or non-woven fabrics (15–100 g/m²). The total weight ranges from 200 to 1200 g/m², with widths available between 2 and 100 inches.
