PACKAGING

The inner core is available in two diameters: 3 inches (76.2 mm) and 4 inches (102 mm). A minimum wall thickness of 3 mm is maintained across both options to guarantee structural integrity and stability.

For protection during transportation and storage, every roll and pallet is individually encased in a protective film barrier. This safeguards the products against contamination from dust and moisture, as well as damage from external impacts.

A unique, traceable barcode is assigned to each roll and pallet. This identifier carries comprehensive production information, such as weight, number of rolls, and manufacturing date, to facilitate precise logistics tracking and inventory control.

STORAGING

To ensure maintained integrity and performance, it is essential to store CFM in warehouse conditions that are cool and dry.

Storage Temp: 15°C - 35°C (to avoid degradation)

To preserve handling characteristics, avoid environments where humidity falls below 35% or exceeds 75%, as this can alter the material's moisture content.

To prevent compression damage, pallets must not be stacked beyond two layers.

To guarantee optimal results, the mat should be stored at the job site for no less than 24 hours prior to processing to allow it to adjust to ambient conditions.

To ensure material consistency, properly close all partially consumed containers using their original sealing mechanism or an approved method to avoid quality deterioration.
