Product Overview: Chopped Strand Mat is a randomly oriented, non-woven mat made from 50 mm E-CR glass filaments, bonded with an emulsion or powder binder and treated with a silane coupling agent for improved interfacial adhesion.

Packaging

● Chopped strand mat is available in roll diameters ranging from 28 cm to 60 cm.

● Core Specifications:

Available Inner Diameters: 76.2 mm (3") / 101.6 mm (4")

● The packaging process involves two steps:

Individual wrapping of each roll in plastic film (or a bag).
Placement of the wrapped roll into a sturdy cardboard box for shipment.

● For palletizing, rolls may be arranged in either a vertical or horizontal orientation.

Storage

● Unless otherwise specified, the chopped strand mats should be stored in a cool, dry, water-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be always at 5℃-35℃ and 35%-80% respectively.

● The unit weight of Chopped Strand Mat ranges from 70g-1000g/m2. The roll width ranges from 100mm-3200mm .
