PACKAGING

● Available diameters: 3" (76.2 mm) or 4" (102 mm). Minimum wall thickness: 3 mm for assured strength and stability.

● Protective Packaging: Individually film-wrapped rolls and pallets guard against dust, moisture, and handling damage.

● Labeling & Traceability: Individually barcoded rolls and pallets with weight, quantity, mfg. date, and production data for inventory tracking.

STORAGING

● Store CFM in a cool, dry warehouse to protect its performance characteristics and material integrity.

● For best results, store at temperatures between 15°C and 35°C to prevent degradation of the material.

● Recommended Relative Humidity: 35% - 75%. This range protects the material from becoming too damp or too brittle, ensuring consistent handling properties.

● Stack pallets no more than two high to prevent crushing and deformation.

● Acclimatization Requirement: A minimum 24-hour conditioning period in the final worksite environment is required to stabilize the mat and achieve peak performance.

● Resealing Requirement: Partially used packages should be effectively sealed after opening to prevent degradation from moisture or contaminants during storage.
